Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our Karachi studio. Bespoke and custom fragrance orders require 2–4 weeks for creation before shipping. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Pakistan — Domestic Shipping
We use TCS, Leopards Courier, and M&P for domestic deliveries. Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 2–5 business days. Same-day and next-day delivery is available within Karachi for orders placed before 1pm PKT (additional charges apply).

International Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and Pakistan Post EMS. All international shipments include tracking. Estimated delivery times:
- GCC / Middle East: 3–5 business days
- South Asia (India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka): 5–7 days
- UK & Europe: 7–12 days
- North America (USA, Canada): 8–14 days
- East Asia / Southeast Asia: 7–10 days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–16 days
- Rest of World: 14–21 days
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country's customs authority. AromaNish is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. We declare accurate values on all customs forms in compliance with international trade regulations.
Fragrance & Liquid Restrictions
Perfumes are classified as flammable liquids and are subject to special shipping regulations for air freight. We comply with all IATA and ICAO regulations for dangerous goods. Some destinations may have restrictions on alcohol-based perfumes — please contact us if you are unsure about your country's regulations. Attar (oil-based) perfumes face fewer restrictions and are available for most destinations.
Packaging
All products are carefully packed to prevent breakage during transit. Fragile items are bubble-wrapped, secured in rigid boxes, and sealed. Gift sets come in our signature AromaNish presentation packaging at no extra cost.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the courier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website. For assistance, contact us at hello@aromanish.com.
