By using a.aromanish.com, you agree to these Terms. AromaNish operates from Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan under applicable Pakistani commercial law.
2. Products & Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors. Product images are representative; actual products may vary slightly.
3. Pricing
Prices are shown in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and USD. International prices are approximate conversions and may vary due to exchange rates. All prices are inclusive of packaging but exclusive of applicable shipping and customs duties.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship from Karachi, Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. AromaNish is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or force majeure events. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items received within 7 days of delivery. Bespoke and custom orders are non-refundable. Contact us at hello@aromanish.com to initiate a return.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including fragrance names, formulas, imagery, text, and branding — is the exclusive property of AromaNish. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Bespoke & Custom Orders
Custom fragrance orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The creation process takes 2–4 weeks. Once approved by the customer, custom formulas are locked and cannot be altered.
8. Limitation of Liability
AromaNish is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your most recent order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Sindh.
